Returns & Exchanges
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We offer returns for STORE CREDIT only on eligible items. Return shipping is buyer responsibility and original shipping fees are not credited.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We are happy to offer an exchange for an equal product if we are able to do so. Exchange shipping is buyer responsibility both ways to process the exchange.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be given store credit in the form of an electronic gift card.

Shipping Policy
All orders (excluding customized Jon Hart) are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped from our store or available for pick up on Sunday or Monday.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Cancellation
Please order carefully as orders cannot be canceled or changed once they are placed. We are unable to add or remove items from an order or change the size(s) selected at the time of purchase. Cancellations are not accepted for any reason including change of mind, duplicate orders, wrong size, accidental purchase, etc.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Lasting Impressions is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Lasting Impressions is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
